In weight training, your 1RM — one‑rep max — is the absolute most weight you can lift for a single repetition. It’s a snapshot of your maximum strength in that moment, and as you train, grow, and stay consistent, that number rises.

 

The 1RM Project takes that same idea and applies it to everyday life ... or personally, how I can be "one responsible man (1RM)."

We believe in always doing “the most you can do” — not just in the gym, but as fathers, families, and active members of our communities.

 

Our mission is simple:

Help each other get stronger in every area of life.

 

We focus on the Five Fs:

Fitness, Food, Filosophy, Filanthrophy (yes, we proudly ignore spelling rules), and Family — the pillars that shape how we live, grow, and show up for the people we love.

 

If we can lift more, give more, learn more, and love more today than we did yesterday… that’s a win.
